• Configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including operating systems, Firewalls, VPNs, security tools, Backup applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware networked computer system, and ERP applications.
• Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
• Monitor and manage internal infrastructure requirements, including cloud servers, routers, switches, printers, phones, data storage, video conferencing system, support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
• Solid knowledge of different operating systems
• Server set-up and maintenance, data storage and back-up
• Security and data integrity
• Periodical maintenance and management of Microsoft Azure
• Managing and coordinating the development of ERP and networked computing systems.
• User management and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 OneDrive SharePoint operations
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
• Handle business-critical IT infrastructure Website, LinkedIn, social media and SEO, Odoo Microsoft 365, OneDrive. SharePoint operations.
• Monitoring IT Infrastructure performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
• Researching and recommending new approaches to improve the networked computer system.
• Providing technical support when requested.
• Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator reporting directly to senior management
• Relevant degree B.E / BTech in Information Systems or information technology.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate certification
• Past experience administering server-side technology, ERP, and networked computing systems.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 OneDrive SharePoint operations.
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
• Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
